This was a part of a long dream sequence... I am walking along a tree lined sidewalk in Kansas City and notice a small cardinal in the tree. As I continue on I think how nice it is to see colorful birds because in Oregon where I now live I do not see many. I turn to look again and there are hundreds of red birds of all sizes sitting in the trees and I am mesmerized by the beauty. I reach out to touch a little one (they sit still for this) and I discover it is actually a red fish. I look around and they have all become fish. I am wondering how they can sit in the trees without being in water and I reach around trying to find water. I realize I am experiencing something spectacular and I awaken with a sense of well-being.
