If this were my dream or someone brought this dream to the consulting room I would ask the age of the girl in question, the nature of the wound (stabbed in the back, ie, betrayed, and how that would has become, over time, infected...what has caused it not to heal.
2nd dream image: what does cutting off the costume signify? Does it allude to shedding some role?
The theme continues throughout the other two images yielding a consistent message: exposed, vulnerable, revealed, costume no longer available.
