Good question, tough deal.

One of the functions of dream life is to relieve the pressure of daytime feelings and thoughts that aren't otherwise expressed.

So a good starting point is to find someone you really trust with whom you can share in full detail what it is you are feeling and thinking.

To the degree that you repress, or push down, what you feel is the extent to which you will express it during dream time.

Are you in drama club or theater or any activity that challenges you to express yourself as an actor?

Or do you have a regular physical work out schedule?

The point is that the dreams will do for you what you otherwise won,t do for yourself.

Imagine standing up at dinner and saying everything that you might be yelling in your sleep
