Well it is also a blessing. Sometimes just saying things even if no one hears it helps. People I have bunked with at camp or if I go over to their house tell me what I've said. One time I was camping and my counselor told me I was screaming my sister's name. Another time I was saying something about sledgehammers and Twizzlers. Another time I rolled over, said "Stop it, Grandma," and went to sleep. It takes all kinds....
But really, sleep-talking is not bad and sometimes its funny. But better make sure your spouse knows that quirk before you get married. :-)
